Facility assessments were performed for all 182 facilities, services included a total listing of all the Facility Assets along with photos and deficiencies. Deficiencies were estimated with a cost for repair, prioritized and categorized. The outcome was a Facility Condition Index (FCI) per Facility, per portfolio, with a Capital Renewal Budget per year for next ten years. 

Working with SRP on this project Master Plan we created: 

• Capital project needs to accommodate functional upgrades. 
• Capital refresh needs to accommodate appearance issues.  

• Capital renewal needs to accommodate aging assets.  

FM solutions provided recommendations and developed short- and long-term plans for: 

• Managing asset replacement. 

• A building plan to address Space Requirements for SRPs Flex Space Needs 

• Balanced Capital Cash Flow to accommodate a % for design to be prepared to begin construction 

• The Master Plan added $43M into their Risk Portfolio with prudent financial decision making and mitigated risks. 

• Provided the groundwork for ten-year SRP energy efficiency goals.
