The Scope of this DBB (Design Bid Build) project involved the cancellation of previously permitted drawings with the city of Phoenix. FM Solutions revised the previous drawings to reflect the re-branding of the client (from ICM to Nourish PHX). The new design removed the second-floor scope and revised the first floor to create four offices and an enlarged/improved janitor’s closet. Upgrades to the facility included new interior lighting and power layout, exterior lighting, updated HVAC layout to new locations, water and waste design connected to existing on site.
