COCONINO COUNTY, AZ - FACILITY MASTER PLANNING AND FACILITY CONDITION ASSESSMENTS

FMS provided Architectural analysis and services to develop and implement management strategies for the county’s diverse building portfolio. A 10-year Facilities Master Plan (FMP) was developed with FMS’ technical experience to meet the needs of their growing County. FM Solutions performed comprehensive ASTM E2018 -15 facility condition assessments of their mission critical facilities. Coconino County utilizes Facilitize asset management software provided by FMS, to oversee its Capital Renewal program and Work Order Maintenance (CMMS) which facilitates an annual update of the Facility Condition Index (FCI) and streamlines the management of ongoing maintenance work orders.
