FM Solutions worked closely with the owner, project manager, contractor and building owner to design the new 30,000 sf class A high rise space and relocate portions of their existing facility. The project was completed under an expedited schedule and in collaboration with all the stakeholders involved.

FM Solutions provided test-fits and assessments of multiple locations to determine what space best meets their needs. During the Test Fitting stage, FMS simultaneously moved forward with the Design Development and Construction Document phases to ensure adherence to the schedule. The design was completed in a full 3D Revit Architecture model, which was utilized as a communication tool and the owner participated in a design workshop where they could see the space and manipulate it in 3D.

Working within budget, the project had multiple areas of design focus: the customer lobby, board room, executive offices, open and private offices, support spaces, break room and lounge.

FMS coordinated with the client representatives, building owner, and property manager, and contractor during all phases of the project. Project services included programming, leasing coordination, design, test fitting multiple locations, construction documents, construction administration, furniture, furniture bidding and negotiation, and contractor selection procurement.
