The scope of this project consists of professional architectural design, historical architecture in coordination with our partner Vinson Studios and construction management services.  The project scope is for the repair and/or reconstruction of the exterior second floor access balcony with ladder for the south (Bake) building at the historic Hackett House in downtown Tempe. 

FMS coordinated with the client representatives, building owner, and contractor during all phases of the project.  Project services included SD (Schematic Design), DD (Design Development) and CD (Construction Document) phases for programming, design, construction documents, construction administration, and the contractor selection procurement process for this Design-Bid-Build project.
