Working with multiple City stakeholders, FM Solutions provided Facility Condition Assessment services for the City of Phoenix.

This work is performed utilizing the ASTM E2018-24 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments and includes calculation of the FCI for each facility, a summary and survey detail report as well as the future funding projections and capital renewal budget costs prioritized for five-year, ten-year and specifically for this project a twenty-year projection requirement.

Our scope for assessments included general pavement, landscaping, lighting, and fencing as well as the buildings and their assets.

Our FMS services were performed by a registered Architect, CFM, and Certified FCI Assessors on behalf of the city to ensure project success.
