Project Manager for 30,000 SF corporate headquarters relocation and design.  The project was a tenant improvement build out in a 2010 Class A office building located in Phoenix.  FMS coordinated with the client representatives, building owner, and property manager, and contractor during all phases of the project.  Project included programming, leasing coordination, design, test fitting multiple locations, construction documents, construction administration, furniture, furniture bidding and negotiation, and contractor selection.
