New Facility program to accomodate the centralization of Mesa County's Engineering, Public Works Administration, Fleet, Road & Bridge, Traffic, and Weed & Pest department. A portion of the transit contractor's requirements were included as well. 

Approx 5000 sf of office space with open lobby for vendor access for APS to meet with developers and DPLS from APS to complete the electrical design for projects. (Both residential and commercial developments.)

Provide office and workspace for a group of approx 45 people.
