Schedule and Budget Estimating – Using our extensive background in construction, IS infrastructure and furniture installation we will identify your financial expenditure and generate a comprehensive project plan.
FM Solutions knows the importance of a timely close-out package. Post-mortem meetings are held with the project team to identify lessons learned. Project survey cards are sent to the end users to keep all team members accountable throughout the entire process. Obtaining and reviewing all as-built documents, lien releases, O&M manuals, warranties, permits and certificates of occupancy prior to release of final payments.
