They provide independent VE consulting services to the industry as well as participating as a member of the design team for in-house projects. We incorporate value engineering techniques into the design and planning process to determine the most cost effective building layouts and building systems. It has been our experience that the greatest return on investment for VE services are those that are provided earliest in the project, since late decisions tend to be the most costly.
