One of the main services that Field Services provides for APS is Small Project Support (PRS). These small projects are developed through a management system that generates a work order for the project manager to over look and respond to on a timely manner. Most PRS requests consist of repairing a work station locking mechinism, replacing a broken chair with a new chair, installing ergonomic equipment, raising or lowering work surfaces, and repairing or configuring cubicle panels. This sytem is a "handy-man" type service.
