Quick Response Time (QRT) Projects
A QRT is a small to medium size office reconfiguration typically completed in 2 to 3 days. A QRT focuses on move management relocation and furniture installation. A QRT may include but is not limited to the following:
- Furniture demolition & removal
- Box moves
- Furniture relocation
- Furniture installation

Project Reconfigure Small (PRS) Projects
A PRS is a job or task typically completed in less than 1 day. A PRS may include but is not limited to the following:
- Keyboard tray installs
- Ergonomic equipment upgrades
- Furniture delivery
- Furniture and equipment repair services
- Mount whiteboards, smartboards, and pictures
