General Dynamics - Scottsdale, AZ (LEED EB Certified)Our experience and application of LEED is demonstrated in the following activities: Our staff has partnered with the USGBC in writing the current LEED-AP accreditation exam. We worked at the forefront of the LEED programs with the USGBC and General Dynamics in implementing the pilot LEED-EB certification program that won certification for their Roosevelt Campus in Scottsdale, AZ. During this effort, we developed a novel approach to achieve the Energy Performance requisites that is now a LEED-EB compliance standard. We have authored a Building Operations Manual template that is the foundation for the LEED-required Building Commissioning Plan. We currently have underway client projects in all of the following LEED programs:
FMS has collaborated with our clients to achieve two LEED-EB Certified, two LEED-EB Silver, one LEED-NC Certified Building, and one LEED-CI Silver.
