Arizona Public Service, Phoenix, Arizona
Conducted a facility assessment of Arizona Public Service’s 502 building for ADA restroom compliance. All seventeen restrooms, in the five story building, were inspected, measured, photographed, and evaluated for ADA compliance. Renovation recommendations and associated cost estimates were developed and provided to the APS facilities management team.

Arizona Public Service, Flagstaff, Arizona
Conducted a facility assessment of a 4,800 square foot building owned and maintained by Arizona Public Service. The assessment included rating the condition of the building, mechanical systems within the building, as well as assessing the building site. A LEED program for this facility is currently being developed to minimally achieve a LEED certification level of Silver.

City of Flagstaff, Arizona
Member of team that assessed buildings owned and/or maintained by the City. A 10-year Master Plan for The City of Flagstaff facilities is currently being developed based on building assessments, interviews, and a space utilization analysis. The Master Plan will provide detailed cost estimations for implementation along with multiple options for the City.

Maricopa County, Arizona
Working on a team evaluating the County’s current emergency generators and UPS systems. Currently developing requirements, processes, a performance measurement matrix, anticipated budgets, and personnel requirements. Economical and efficient consolidation within the County Facility Management Department of the Emergency Stand by Power System maintenance programs will be presented. Future annual financial impacts will be evaluated and provided as well.
