Ongoing support is being provided for a continuous improvement process including multi-year planning and budgeting for capital needs for 20 years.

Salt River Project (SRP)

In 1990 Salt River Project (SRP), the Nation’s third largest multi-purpose municipal utility company, committed to realigning its business strategy with the changing pattern of energy consumption.  Members of FM Solutions’ team were tasked with creating a Facility Management Program that would support SRP’s new financial objectives by eliminating the need for additional capital borrowing. 
The objective was achieved using a balanced focus based on increasing efficiencies in operations and maintenance while reducing the size of SRP’s facility portfolio.
